Putting through the order and shopping for your items (i.e. you will be shopping for your items after we provide you with the shopping list).

Installation of furniture (i.e. we will not be physically present to install your furniture, you will be installing and setting up your furniture based on our design plans).

If you want the convenience of all furniture & decor accents fully picked out and delivered to your property without having to do any physical shopping.

You are handy or have a team who can follow our design plans to complete the installation and set up the furniture and decor.

A digital floor plan ready to share (professional drawings or sketched out by hand with measurements).

A budget range in mind.

Any important design details like floor and material finishes that will exist in the space.

You are ready to purchase the items 10 days after the shopping list is sent to you. With supply chain issues, furniture & decor items have been going out of stock quickly so it's best to put in the order as soon as you can. If items go out of stock within the 10-day window, we will provide alternative options at no cost. After 10 days, we will charge $50 per item.

A typical process is as below but we are flexible based on your needs.

1. We will set up an initial video call to discuss your room together

2. We will create a Concept Board and 3D Layout

3. We will review together the Concept Board and 3D Layout over video call and receive your feedback

5. We will create the Style Guide and Shopping List for the furniture and decor

6. We will review the full design plan over video call to receive your feedback

7. We will email you the documents for you to complete the shopping.

Optional:
We will arrive after furniture is installed to do finishing touches like styling the decor.

Optional:
We can do in-person shopping together for the decor & accents together.

Depending on the property, turnaround time could range between 4-12 weeks but we will provide a schedule to meet your timelines when you book with us.
